How does the monthly payment work?
When you signup for your membership you put a credit/debit card on file that is charged the first of every month for your membership. Memberships that go un-paid will be cancelled 10 days after the billing cycle (the 1st of the month) and all accrued benefits will be lost. Please be certain to notify us of changes in your card number, expiration date, etc. to avoid unnecessary closure of your membership. Services may not be completed without paying the monthly membership amount.
Is there a sign up fee?
There are no sign up fees or ongoing fees. You pay only the membership amount each month.
Is there a minimum commitment for memberships?
The memberships are at least six months in length, renewable as many times as you want.
I didn’t get to use my monthly treatment, does it carry over to the next month?
Unfortunately, the treatments do not roll over. Be sure to make an appointment before the month runs out. As a member, any available appointment request is automatically approved.
Can I gift my membership treatments and discounts?
Want to give mom a special gift for Mother’s Day? Want to offer a unique birthday gift? Yes, you may offer your monthly treatment(s) as a gift to someone else. Only one person per month is eligible to receive treatments.
Can I exchange my monthly treatment for something else?
Yes, as an Enthusiast, you may substitute various services based on your needs.
Is the membership refundable?
Membership is non-refundable for the contract term.
